When it comes to building winning teams, few know it better than Peter Bredsdorff-Larsen.

As a former professional handball coach and HR specialist, Peter won the European Championship with the Danish national team twice, claimed the Danish Championship with both AaB and BSH Handball, and made history by leading the Faroe Islands to their first-ever European Championship.

But his biggest wins weren't just on the scoreboard. Peter has always believed that true performance comes from culture – from embracing individual differences, creating a sense of belonging, and making every single person feel like they have a place on the podium.

At Empower 2026, Peter will bring that philosophy to the frontline. His talk will explore how leaders can empower Gen Z by celebrating what makes each person unique, using those differences as strengths, and building the kind of team-culture where everyone wins.
